Cletus Uyanna is a bespoke tailoring house. Every jacket starts with your own block, not a size chart, and every fitting fabric is chosen for a climate a London cut was never built for.

The atelier
Cletus Uyanna trained as a pattern cutter before he cut a single garment for sale. The house still works that way: pattern first, fabric second, trend never. Aso-oke, wool and shirting cotton sit on the same cutting table, and the rule for all three is the same — it has to survive a full working day, not just a fitting.
We keep every client's block on file, so a repeat order is a phone call, not a new appointment.

How a commission runs
Four appointments, start to finish.

Consultation
We talk about how you'll actually wear the piece, then take a full set of measurements and discuss fabric.

Pattern
Your block is drafted or pulled from file, and cut in a base cloth for the first fitting.

Fitting
We adjust the toile on you directly — shoulder, chest, sleeve pitch — before it's ever cut in the final fabric.

Finish
Final construction, hand-finishing, and a last fitting before the piece leaves the atelier.
